Returns & Refunds

Spiritualitybookshop.com will be happy to refund or exchange any book that you are dissatisfied with, as long as it is returned in perfect condition and within twenty one business days of the purchase date.

Please use the Online Contact Form with the appropriate Reason for Contact field chosen.

A Return Shipping Label is provided with every shipment, enabling you to return it if dissatisfied with item(s) purchased. The return shipping labels are attached to the invoice which accompanies your book.

If you use this Return Shipping Label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll pay the return shipping costs. This will be included in addition to the refund payment, and will be to the sum of the postage prices displayed and charged to the customer on our website.

If you use this Return Shipping Label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost is at the customer’s own expense. Also note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure the returned book reaches its destination and Spiritualitybookshop.com will not be held responsible for any lost items.

You should expect to recieve your refund within 4 weeks of reciept of the returned item, however in many cases you will recieve your refund more quickly. We will notify you by email when the returned item reaches us.
