For centuries humankind has been asking fervent questions about the meaning of life. As Howard Falco learned, the answers to these questions can ultimately be found in the answer to just one: “Who am I?” In late 2002, in the middle of an ordinary life, Falco-a thirty- five-year-old investment manager with a wife and two children-sought the answer to this powerful question and remarkably this quest resulted in a sudden and all-encompassing shift in his awareness that revealed more about life and how we each create it than he ever imagined knowing. Startled by this new understanding and its implications for his own life and the lives of all others, Falco set out to share his discoveries. The stunning result is this book.
I AM takes readers on a life-changing journey in which they will discover the incredible power they have over their experience of life, finding that the doorway to eternal peace, happiness, and fulfillment lies in one of the shortest sentences in the written word but the most powerful in the universe: I AM.

this may be the last one that I read. 2010 was a very difficult year for me due to my job, then job loss and the illness and death of my father. I found myself struggling to to stay positive and had lost a lot of my faith in God. I still prayed, but felt that my prayers were not being answered the ~vast~ majority of the time. I know have a renewed faith in both myself and God. Howard explains a lot of concepts that I never fully understood. I really appreciated his thoughts on the ego and how to deal with the ego. He gives you a process to follow where you can build the life that you want (and also understand why you may be having the “less than desirable” life you currently have). I am finally beginning to understand that everything is perfect for me just as it is.
I found the entire book to be excellent – unlike the opinion of another reviewer who felt that most of the book was a repeat of other material and not necessary. I highly recommend this book if you feel that you are stuck in any area of your life. It is much more than just using affirmations – it is a way to live your life in a state of peace and joy that is not artificial.

I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing the author, Howard Falco for more than 15 years. I have personally seen the massive transformation and expansion of awareness that Howie describes in spellbinding fashion in his book. I AM is the self realization of this astonishing new awareness, his unwavering faith in himself, and his ultimate goal of providing a vehicle with which all people on this planet can experience peace, love, and contentment in this and every moment going forth. It is extremely difficult to put into words how much Howie has helped me,my family, my friends, and many of my patients over these past few years. Though Howie himself is limited to who he can touch personally, I AM, The Power of Discovering Who You Really Are, will endlessly emit ripples of his positive energy throughout the universe eventually culminating with complete and absolute unconditional love in all, and for all.

I have read tons of spiritual book in the last 18 months. At first each was mind-blowing then before long they all began sounding the same. Too often, spiritual authors needlessly stretch their ideas to fill the requisite 220-something pages. Most often, what they have to say could be boiled down to much quicker reads. I read these reviews more carefully now, looking for worthwhile reads. I Am is one of those must-read books. First, Falco is a good writer, many of them just plain aren’t. He clearly explains his experiences and lays out thought-provoking ways in which to view life and the Universe. He doesn’t promise yachts and horse farms as a result of positive thinking but then again he does without selling his ideas based on appealing to our sense of greed. I believe he experienced the mind-expanding awakening he claims. I did too about a year ago so his description of how it felt resonated deeply with me. This book does not contain the usual annoying step by step instructions on how to manifest change but rather ideas that evoke thought and contemplation. As someone who has read tons of spiritual books, I found this to be a rare and sincere work and well worth the time. Excellent job, I’ll be waiting for his next!
